Currently employed by Guardian Savings Bank as V.P. of Lending. Over 30 years experience in the Banking & Lending Industry. Attended McAuley High School and the University of Cincinnati. Married, three children, six grandchildren. Currently doing volunteer work with Guardian's Community Action Committee. Favorite places to volunteer are the Drop Inn Center, Tender Mercies and, of course, The One Way Farm.

TIM DEROSETT
Tim joined our Board of Directors in March 2007. He has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing and business development. He has held positions as Director of Marketing and Director of Product Marketing for a multinational robotics corporation, Vice-President of Sales & Operations for major North American cctv distributor. Tim is currently Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for an automation components supplier and recently founded KTS Marketing Solutions, LLC.

Tim is an active member of Lakota Christian Church in West Chester.

VICKI DARTER DAVIS
My name is Vicki Darter. I have lived in Madeira for 23 years, a single mom with two daughters and one son. My fiancée is building a home in Batavia and I'm about to "move out to the country." The real ruler (with the kids gone) is my cat, Lucy. Now that the dog has gone to heaven she's in heaven on earth! I love to travel, mostly warm places with quiet beaches, reading, gardening and hanging out with friends and always spending time with my kids & their very large dogs!! I've been on the One Way Farm Board since 2004 and it has been a very "fun" and rewarding experience and I love the kids!
